Firstly, sorry about the 'under construction' aspect of this site, but we decided to put it up as it is and answer questions. Chris will add to it as and when she can make time.
About the Ribbon
It is ALL single faced/sided, woven, satin polyester ribbon with sealed edges. It came from a liquidation sale, so we have a limited amount ie 'when it's gone, it's gone'. Most is on rolls as it came from the manufacturers (please don't ask who, we don't know) but occasionally ribbon does 'fall off' rolls. These we cut into more managable, 20 metre lengths. They are the ones wrapped on card. Our experience selling on eBay showed us that there are a lot of people out there who want ribbon, but not 100m or even 20m of the same ribbon, so we cut others into shorter lengths (1 or 3 metres) and sell them as off cuts, in mixed bags. Hopefully there is something to suit eveyone.
Colour Matching
Please bear in mind that all monitors show colours slightly differently, the same as TVs do. We've matched them to the real thing as best we can on our machines, but there may be some differences between ours and yours. If you want something matched exactly, the only sure way is to post us a sample and we'll see how close we can get.
Ordering and Payment
You can order by using the shopping cart, by email, phone (01388 602831) or letter and then pay by cheque, postal order, bank transfer, Paypal or cash (as a last resort). In UK pounds only. The shopping cart uses Paypal's (it's part of eBay's empire) secure online payment system, but you don't need a Paypal account to use it, just a valid credit / debit card. It will only let you order one item at a time, if you want more than one of a particular item, you either change the number ordered when you view your shopping basket or hit the 'add to basket' button more than once.

Postage/shipping
Postage and shipping is based on the total weight of your packed order. All prices are shown in UK Pounds. When you use the shipping cart fascilities, you can work out and add your own postage, if you'd rather we worked it out, email, phone (01388 602831) or send us with your order, tell us which country you live in and how you'd like to pay.
